Pendle Hill
Scroll down for photos and a description of the walk....
Barley
Start time of 11:10hrs from Barley car park. Yesterday (Saturday) was a great day and so I was ready for another good walk. Karen was up for it and we decided to do the local favourite, keeping driving to a minimum. Those pub tables will be occupied later, no doubt.
Fields of Barley
Leaving a very busy Barley we chose the path below Lower Black Moss reservoir and into the fields, heading for Windy Harbour Farm.
Springtime
Karen
This was a quiet route to The Steps, a chance to enjoy the fine spring sunshine in peace.

Up The Steps
Everyone man and his dog are on Pendle Hill today. And rightly so!!

Mrs Summiteer
If you happen to know the height of the trig column, you could fairly reasonably estimate Karen's height.
