Black Moss Reservoirs
Roadside parking led to the steps, a little too early for the sunset, but I could see a bank of cloud on the far horizon and wanted to view the sun before the earth turned too far and clouds obscured it.
Hameldon Hill
On the other side of Burnley, Hameldon Hill and three wind turbines. They are pointing south-east and there remains a brisk wind from that direction up on Pendle Hill.

Time taken: 1hr 10 mins. over a distance of about 2.5 miles.
Route: From the roadside, up the steps, along the plateau and down the track.
Weather and conditions: Sunny and a cool breeze.
